Recipe: Cilantro Cream Sauce
1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 - 7 ounce can tomatillo salsa
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Place in a serving bowl.
Use this cilantro cream sauce as a dip, dressing or as a sauce for fish or chicken.
