Sweet Almond Bush is one of the most fragrant shrubs we stock. It literally smells like sugar cookies. It blooms from spring to fall, so you can enjoy its sweet scent practically year-round. And it’s a magnet for various pollinators.

Now if you’re wanting a vine, you can’t pass up Jasmine Star. Watch them quickly cover a wall or trellis with ease, even in our hot heat. If you want the same scent but something more compact, there are various Jasmine shrubs like Night-Blooming — which, you guessed it, blooms at night — along with Pinwheel, Grand Duke, Sambac, and more.

And so many overlook Herbs as an option. It’s great to harvest them, but you can also plant some for the caterpillars (we actually have quite a few Swallowtails in our butterfly house right now) or grow them merely to enjoy their scent. Lavender, Basil, Rosemary, and various Mints are some of the most fragrant options. Just make sure to only ever grow Mint in a container by itself, it does take over.

Camellias, Gardenias, Plumerias, Lemon Grass, some Roses, Fetterbush, and Magnolias are a few more fragrant options.

Anybody can sell you plants, we make sure you succeed.
