Did you know you can start an herb garden any time of year in our grow zone? And now is especially great so you can use fresh herbs just in time for your holiday dishes.
Overall, herbs are pretty easy care. Of course there are some quirks for each one… mint does best in a pot by itself, rosemary likes drying out, and some herbs, like basil, are annuals.
So make sure to join us for our free Herb Gardening Seminar this Saturday, Nov. 11 at 10 am in the Greenhouse. Joey will discuss how to plant, maintain, and harvest various herbs. He’ll also answer your specific questions, pass around different herbs, and outline some delicious recipes.
